Solarwinds Inc. Sr. Sales Enablement Coordinator - Learning & Development in Ottawa, Ontario

The Training Coordinator role will be responsible for supporting the team in executing global sales programs daily.   • Responsible for day-to-daycoordination of Sales Enablement programs including but not limited to new hire onboarding, sales kickoffs, sales skills, and product education and certifications

  • Resolve problems proactively through process, automation, and systems improvement

  • Collaborate with team and stakeholders to create, customize, and deploySales Enablement assets, such as eLearning modules, assessments, surveys, job aids, and other training collateral

  • Manage training communications, logistics, scheduling, and attendance and completion reporting

  • Administer the LMS, other internal learning systems, and maintain learning program catalogs

  • Assist the team with ad-hoc training and communication projects

  • Own sales enablement tool administration and optimization

  • Create, deploy, and manage program feedback and evaluations, including interviews, surveys, and assessments.

  • Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to visualize insights to help shape strategy and planning


  • Project Management: able to prioritize, scope, plan, and execute on multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment. Able to independently move multiple tasks forward and deliver on time.

  • Technical Fluency: an ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.Intermediate level competency collecting and organizing information and data using various software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems, etc.

  • Communication: ability to create reports and organize information and data to tell stories; strong sense of how to logically and efficiently organize data and convey the findings in an accessible, concise, informative way both visually and verbally

  • Results-orientation: ability to prioritize work and proactively solve problems by projecting bottlenecks and recommending work-arounds; demonstrates operational excellence by relentlessly focusing on repeatable, scalable processes

  • Teamwork: makes every collaboration productive and friction-free with learning team and business leaders to ensure LMS administration, communication and reporting requirements are understood, documented, and executed on time

  • Confidence: can work with senior stakeholders

  • Stakeholder Focus: delivers high-quality customer service to team and internal clients to assess needs, solve problems, and deliver on commitments

  • Initiative: demonstrates resourcefulness when presented with challenges; researches and/or asks for help when needed to independently move self and projects forward, in a fast paced, high volume culture

Require ments:

  • Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience in a fast-paced organization


  • Experience in Sales or Sales supporting role

  • LMS experience helpful (Litmos preferred)
