Process monthly sales commissions in accordance with the SolarWinds MSP compensation plans; Drive process improvement throughout sales commission process, including implementation of new tools; Engage with stakeholders to educate and gather feedback; Create and deliver training materials regarding the sales commissions process; Apply creative problem-solving skills to existing problems; Proactively identify pain points and suggest appropriate solutions
Minimum 3 years advanced data work (Excel, Tableau, database, etc.); Preferably experience working with a subscription sales business; Experience in a fast-paced environment where data quality must be maintained; Track record of adaptability and creative problem-solving; Willingness to learn new processes and tools, as well as willingness to provide input on required changes; Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with sales compensation is a HUGE benefit; Familiarity with Obero or Xactly very helpful as well;
