Solarwinds Inc. Demand Generation Manager in Morrisville, North Carolina

Overview

SolarWinds is seeking a talented Manager of Demand Generation to drive marketing across Managed IT Service Providers (MSPs). This is a unique opportunity to own a key leadership role in an exciting, fast-growing business.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of digital marketers running integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns, a strong background in audience targeting and segmentation, good familiarity with the capabilities of marketing automation, and hands-on experience driving both new channel testing and the fine tuning of existing channels through A/B testing.

Responsibilities

· Manage a team of digital marketers across multiple offices

· Define and refine the marketing road-map strategy

· Identify, acquire, and integrate new partners, tools and technologies to scale demand generation

· Lead the team in leveraging data and testing to optimize and improve targeting and execution across all channels

· Partner with cross-functional teams to anticipate new product launches, drive improvements in quality and throughput of inputs to the team, and to bolster data, reporting and forecasting

· Define, report on, and optimize key metrics pertaining to new customer adds, cross-sell and feature adoption

· Strong knowledge of digital media with an emphasis on performance channels such as display, search and social media

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and/or product marketing roles

· Bachelor Degree

· Proven experience building test plans that drive continuous improvement to program conversion

· Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail

· Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

· Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

· Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget

Preferred Qualifications

· MBA

· Experience in B2B, SaaS

· Experience working across email, display, search, SEO, social, content syndication, affiliate, and referral channels

· Agency/consulting experience

· Experience using Salesforce, email marketing platforms and/or marketing automation platforms (Marketo a plus)

· Experience working with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
