Solarwinds Inc. Community Team Lead in Morrisville, North Carolina

Overview

Global Services and Support team has a new opening for a Community Manager. We are seeking a talented, tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community and is passionate for customer advocacy and success. Ultimately, the Community Manager will work within a cross-functional environment to drive collaboration between customers, employees and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and drives customer enablement through adoption of the Community Platform

  • Works with customers, product leaders, and client success teams on a successful Community strategy

  • Delivers an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and rapid responses

  • Leads technology and process improvements within the Community Platform

  • Develop KPIs that align to corporate objectives

  • Act as the voice of the community

  • Drives customer enablement and empowerment through self-service

  • Develops reports and analyzes engagement data

  • Works across departments to drive internal Community participation in alignment with Corporate objectives

  • Acts as the primary project manager for customer communication campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Math/Analytics

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or member of a Community Management Team

  • 5+ years working in a large and growing SaaS company

  • Previous experience in Product Marketing, Product Advocacy, Client Success, Customer Service, or Sales Enablement within a Tech environment

  • Data driven and analytical with a bias for numbers

  • Skilled in process design with a relentless passion for continuous improvement

  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Service Cloud, Confluence, JIRA, etc.

  • Ability to work independently
