The Public Sector Account Executive is responsible for creating/developing new sales opportunities within National Governments of EU countries; while at the same time ensuring a satisfied customer base which allows us to build a stabilized business for future success in the territory. This is a highly collaborative role engaging with colleagues across the business.
Achieving sales targets for SolarWinds products, solutions and initiatives
Attending regional trade shows and conferences promoting Solarwinds to the National Government segment
Develop strategic relationships with European Systems Integrators that focus on National (Central) Government accounts, ideally NHS
Work closely with channel partners and enable their business to deliver incremental National Government bookings
Working closely with other cross-functional management teams in the marketing and product groups
You possess a strong background in sales
You have direct software sales experience
National Government (UK Ministrys, NHS, EU Central Governments,) sales experience is helpful
You are Self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently; strong internal and external interpersonal skills
You are experienced in a quota carrying sales role with proven achievement selling to National Governments
Understanding of Government procurement cycles
