This role will operate in tandem with our regionally based Administrators on a regular basis and will include heavy interaction across various internal Departments. Daily responsibilities will be carried out in a fast-paced environment, so great communication skills plus the ability to shift priorities quickly while still maintaining solid accuracy in delivery are critical for success. Perform standard administration duties, including user maintenance, new fields, workflows, views, reporting and dashboard generation, etc.
Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to help continuously define and meet business priorities
Work on various ad hoc Salesforce administration projects with primary emphasis on continuity of sales and marketing operations
Develop and maintain system documentation with respect to fields, processes, workflows and any other critical dependencies
Actively participate in change management (communications, online help, UAT, training, etc) to support program rollouts in partnership with Sales Operations and other business operations teams
Assist in the coordination and completion of project User Acceptance Testing, providing timely critical feedback and/or guidance to our internal Development Teams
Ensure successful and seamless integrations into our Salesforce environment
Stay current with new Salesforce releases and best practices
At least 1+ year of Salesforce administration experience, with working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning platform
Solid communication skills
Effectiveness at managing change in an agile environment with global stakeholders
Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
Passion for internal customer service, as well as data and process integrity
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Tableau are pluses
