Overview

This role will operate in tandem with our regionally based Administrators on a regular basis and will include heavy interaction across various internal Departments. Daily responsibilities will be carried out in a fast-paced environment, so great communication skills plus the ability to shift priorities quickly while still maintaining solid accuracy in delivery are critical for success. Responsibilities

  • Perform standard administration duties, including user maintenance, new fields, workflows, views, reporting and dashboard generation, etc.

  • Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to help continuously define and meet business priorities

  • Work on various ad hoc Salesforce administration projects with primary emphasis on continuity of sales and marketing operations

  • Develop and maintain system documentation with respect to fields, processes, workflows and any other critical dependencies

  • Actively participate in change management (communications, online help, UAT, training, etc) to support program rollouts in partnership with Sales Operations and other business operations teams

  • Assist in the coordination and completion of project User Acceptance Testing, providing timely critical feedback and/or guidance to our internal Development Teams

  • Ensure successful and seamless integrations into our Salesforce environment

  • Stay current with new Salesforce releases and best practices

Qualifications

  • At least 1+ year of Salesforce administration experience, with working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning platform

  • Solid communication skills

  • Effectiveness at managing change in an agile environment with global stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment

  • Passion for internal customer service, as well as data and process integrity

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Tableau are pluses
