Our Herndon VA office is offering a career role as a Director of SLED Sales . The qualified candidate will have SLED Sales experience and will provide leadership to our SLED Sales team. If you’re driven, passionate, and motivated apply today for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Direct management of 1 Fed Regional Managers and indirect management of 12-15 inside sales representatives and a Channel AE

  • Daily management of pipeline and forecast utilizing salesforce.com

  • Submit quarterly and monthly bookings commits and deliver against these commits in a linear fashion against weekly goals

  • Provide leadership to the sales team and assist with direct client contact from a tactical and strategic perspective

  • Assist with SLED Marketing and Channel development efforts

  • Lead by example and coordinate and conduct ongoing sales training and development workshops.

  • Travel both locally and nationally for Trade Shows, customer visits and Headquarters visits. 40%.

  • Deliver monthly\quarterly business reviews with Executive staff

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years SLED Sales experience, 3-5 years management experience

  • United States Citizenship

  • IT Management experience

  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Management experience inclusive of an inside sales component

  • Strong Channel experience

Preferences:

  • Experience with supporting large SLED customers but also managing a runrate transactional business component.
