Direct management of 1 Fed Regional Managers and indirect management of 12-15 inside sales representatives and a Channel AE
Daily management of pipeline and forecast utilizing salesforce.com
Submit quarterly and monthly bookings commits and deliver against these commits in a linear fashion against weekly goals
Provide leadership to the sales team and assist with direct client contact from a tactical and strategic perspective
Assist with SLED Marketing and Channel development efforts
Lead by example and coordinate and conduct ongoing sales training and development workshops.
Travel both locally and nationally for Trade Shows, customer visits and Headquarters visits. 40%.
Deliver monthly\quarterly business reviews with Executive staff
5-10 years SLED Sales experience, 3-5 years management experience
United States Citizenship
IT Management experience
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Management experience inclusive of an inside sales component
Strong Channel experience
- Experience with supporting large SLED customers but also managing a runrate transactional business component.
