SolarWinds® MSP delivers comprehensive, scalable IT service management solutions to empower MSPs of every size.

We are seeking an experienced trainer to design and host internal training for our Technical Support team.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with members of the training team and product experts in designing, developing, and maintaining technical courses

Host onboarding for employees including soft-skills and technical training

Creates learning content such as videos, interactive eLearning modules, presentations, demos, simulations, activities and assessments to be used in technical trainings

Designs effective and visually appealing graphics to be used in training materials, following corporate brand guidelines

Develops training components that provide engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences

Posts learning content to the company learning platform following outlined procedures

Completes other learning and development related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar role required

Proven experience with designing, developing, and hosting technical training

Self-starter

Seeks challenges and takes ownerships

Executes with passion

Goal and metric driven

Continuously seeks to learn new skills

Preferences:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Prior experience in a technical role (support/ IT/ helpdesk) preferred
