Solarwinds Inc. Sales Support Administrator in Fort Bonifacio, Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound requests and routing for the NA American reseller inbox

  • Routing inbound voicemails to appropriate CAM/NAM/AM

  • Assist with deal registration process for resell partners and SolarWinds account managers

  • Communicate registration approvals/denials and cost scenario to resell partners

  • Request proper information and routing for all renewal requests

  • Assist with onboarding process for new partners to become authorized reseller/renewal partners

  • Assist with deal tracking through distribution partners

  • Assist partners with partner portal and NFR licensing requests

  • Opportunity pipeline inspection for channel opportunities to confirm accurate reporting requirements

  • Quote inspection for channel opportunities to confirm accurate reporting requirements and cost margins

  • Resolving order issues with customer service and order management

  • Performing other administrative support duties as requested   

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in customer service role

  • Strong desire and willingness to learn

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build relationships both internally and externally

  • Good computer skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and track multiple issues

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience with CRM, NetSuite and/or SalesForce is a plus
