Responsibilities
Manage training administration including communication, logistics, calendaring, Learning Management System (LMS) registration and attendance tracking, for digital and in-person training
Resolve problems proactively through process, automation, and systems improvement
Track and report evaluation and assessment data using designated systems
Collaborate with curriculum owners to define data collections requirements and implementation plan from beginning to end
Manage data collection projects to a schedule and by priority, and analyze results for insights
Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards
Assist the team with ad-hoc training and communication projects
Collect feedback from internal sales around learning retention, application of training, attitude, and motivation
Build visualizations that illustrate key insights appropriate for content creators, operational and program managers, and senior management to help shape strategy and planning
Qualifications
Project Management: able to prioritize, scope, plan, and execute and able to independently move multiple tasks forward in a fast-paced, global environment
Technical Fluency: an ability to learn new systems quickly as well as an intermediate level competency collecting, organizing, and manipulating large amounts of data using various technologies such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Learning Management Systems, etc.
Communication: ability to create reports and organize data to tell stories; strong sense of how to logically and efficiently organize data and convey the findings in an accessible, concise, informative way both visually and verbally;
Results-orientation: ability to prioritize work and proactively solve problems by projecting bottlenecks and recommending work-arounds; demonstrates operational excellence by relentlessly focusing on repeatable, scalable processes
Teamwork: makes every collaboration productive and friction-free with learning team and business leaders to ensure LMS administration, communication and reporting requirements are understood, documented, and executed on time
Confidence: can work with senior people in the organization
Stakeholder Focus: delivers high-quality customer service to team and internal LMS users to assess needs, solve problems, and deliver on commitment
Initiative: demonstrates resourcefulness when presented with challenges; researches and/or asks for help when needed to independently move self and projects forward, in a fast paced, high volume culture
Adaptable: perseveres in the face of uncertainty and changing requirements; flexes meet critical business needsExperience in a fast-paced, iterative organization
Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
LMS experience helpful (Litmos preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent English (written and verbal )
Bachelor’s Degree required
