Solarwinds Inc. On-boarding Specialist, Senior in Fort Bonifacio, Philippines

Overview

The Sr. Onboarding Specialist will play a major role in fulfilling SolarWinds’ Smart Start services. They will be directly responsible for ensuring that customers who avail of Smart Start get their new SolarWinds software into production quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver content in a variety of formats to our Smart Start customers in a manner they are getting the most value. (Be comfortable in modifying a delivery method to meet the need or technical level of the customer.)

  • Deliver 'How-To' and ‘Best Practices’ training regarding the applicable SolarWinds products; providing value quickly

  • Deliver short, recurring training classes over WebEx for SolarWinds Academy’s virtual classroom offerings

  • Provide input for the ongoing development of new training content in cooperation with cross-functional technical teams

  • Work with Content Development Team, supporting training manuals and student courseware to reflect product changes and feedback

  • Identify gaps in published technical content (Guides and KBs) and initiate the required changes

  • Develop advanced knowledge with featured SolarWinds products

  • Identify gaps in the Smart Start curriculum

  • Maximize Smart Start quality with interactive communication with customers and other Smart Start Representatives for feedback

  • Work with customers in understanding SolarWinds applications and promoting Customer Satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise: Working knowledge of networks, systems, and virtualization technology

  • Solid background in Technical Training with authentic presentation skills

  • Confidence in demonstrating and explaining Applications

  • Demonstrated customer service and business skills

  • Previous experience of mentoring

  • Passion for technology with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network management technologies

  • Strong communication skills, and ability to interact with customers with accuracy and professionalism

  • Enjoy helping others

  • Knowledge of Operating Systems, Databases, Virtualization, Storage and Log and Event Management Solutions an advantage

  • Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline to work effectively in a high-paced environment

  • Flexible working hours to support global teams
