Solarwinds Inc. HR Coordinator in Fort Bonifacio, Philippines

  • Onboarding of new employees

  • Administration of regular audits and reporting to ensure HR processes and data are maintained accurately

  • Answering employee requests and questions - Act as the first point of contact for employees by answering questions, or escalating issues where appropriate

  • Administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations

  • Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers

  • Provide payroll processing support and report generation

  • HR compliance reporting and administration, for all government statutory benefits (SSS/Phil Health etc)

  • Support with COEs and related paperwork request from employees

  • Administrative support to HR department projects and events as needed

  • Assisting with the performance review and termination processes

  • Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective


  • 3-5 years’ experience working in an HR department

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills)

  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

  • Some payroll experience would be helpful

  • Specialization / certification in HR is an added plus
