Solarwinds Inc. Compensation Analyst (Night Shift) in Fort Bonifacio, Philippines
SolarWinds is seeking a Compensation Analyst to be involved in the design, development, implementation, and management of innovative global compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring they are consistent with SolarWinds Total Rewards strategy and the overall business objectives. This individual should be highly analytical in nature, have strong communication and relationship building skills and enjoy working with highly collaborative teams.
Administer annual focal base salary review and semi-annual bonus planning processes.
Manage quarterly and annual Radford and Mercer Comptryx compensation assessments.
Evaluate and recommend market competitive global salary structures.
Deliver monthly bonus accrual to Finance.
Assess compensation trends to drive innovative solutions.
Develop compensation tools to streamline processes that align with global policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with management on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, implementation of new programs, compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions.
Drives an effective partnership between Compensation and other HR teams to support workload and execution, sharing of knowledge, increase understanding of international issues and all aspects and considerations around compensation programs and practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent experience required.
3 years of compensation analytics experience.
Proficient in excel, data analytics, and reporting.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management, problem solving and consulting skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships within the team and all levels of the organization.
Able to drive consensus in cross-regional and cross-functional teams.
