Our team in Cork are looking for a Channel Account Manager who wants to be a part of a new, exciting and forward thinking company.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts, build, support and grow your channel relationships

  • Present the SolarWinds’ company’s product strategy, technical benefits and advantages relative to competitor offerings

  • You will work with partners and the SolarWinds marketing team to grow and sustain annual sales and gross margin targets

  • Support channel partners on joint sales and marketing activities

  • Always work hand in hand with marketing to optimise return on investment in all marketing activities

  • Work closely with partners, develop and execute plans to improve revenue

  • Provide detailed accurate partner targets with monthly, quarterly and annual forecast and pipeline reporting

  • Be accountable for results

  • Provide exceptional channel support

Qualifications

  • Broad experience of selling in the software industry

  • Successful track record of exceeding bookings and margin goals

  • Self-starter with the flexibility to lead, manage or contribute to changing market and sales needs with tactics that respond well to partner needs

  • Excellent planning, organization, and interpersonal skills with a strong partner focus in driving sales through various channels

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Previous CRM experience preferred
