SolarWinds Service Desk is growing fast and looking for an ITSM Inbound Sales Development Representative to help with the increasing demand we're generating for our award winning ITSM/ITAM application. The Sales Development Representative plays a key role at SolarWinds Service Desk. Your primary goal will be to execute on a process to generate as many qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team as possible. You will be joining our exceptional Sales Team and will be responsible for supporting expansions and new customer acquisition. As an ITSM I nbound Sales Development Representative focused on inbound leads, you’ll be instrumental in developing and aggressively growing our sales pipeline through prospecting warm leads, calling, conversational marketing and other tactics. This person will drive automated and scalable marketing tactics utilizing a variety of tools.

Responsibilities

  • You must be very comfortable wearing multiple hats in a highly ambiguous environment, building sales processes on the fly, and working closely with sales and marketing to close new business.

  • Manage and communicate with prospects from all inbound marketing channels

  • Understand and effectively communicate SolarWinds Service Desk solutions and answer inquiries from prospects

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to effectively qualify, nurture, and convert inbound leads

  • Direct qualified leads to the correct sales team member

  • Organize and categorize lead information into the CRM

  • Create strategic lead nurturing and scoring methodologies that will increase the quantity and quality of leads

  • Manage multiple concurrent programs by setting and communicating priorities

  • Mine and manage SolarWinds Service Desk contact database to create segmentations that create targeting prospects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in business development, lead generation, prospecting or equivalent

  • Previous experience working with CRM and other sales tools

  • Extremely motivated and driven with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

  • Hold yourself accountable for meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly quotas.

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, self-enabler.

  • Maintain a high daily activity level of outbound calls per day.

  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence required.

  • Establish a healthy pipeline by building relationships with “gatekeepers” and decision makers.

  • Experience working at a SaaS or related technology company a plus.

  • Strong desire for growth.
