  • Actively attracting candidates and creating leads through various sourcing methods including but not limited to: cold calling, internet search, job boards, networking, social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, StackOverflow), external referrals, employee referrals, professional associations/organizations, college alumni/associations, applicant tracking system, diversity sourcing, etc.

  • Working with hiring managers to create exciting position descriptions, review talent, interview candidates & make hires in a timely fashion

  • Sourcing & screening candidates for qualifications, interest, availability & salary requirements

  • Confer with hiring managers to identify candidate needs, job requirements, qualifications and skills

  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

  • Write and place job postings on various websites. Initiate contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings

  • Prepare candidates for the interview process and manage the candidate pipeline

  • Assist the global effort to limit and/or reduce the usage of agencies

  • Develop and execute recruitment search and sourcing strategy; must be able to locate candidates through job boards searches, social media, networking, agency and/or employee referrals

  • Candidate vetting through the interview process and closing candidate by managing salary negotiations and offer processing

  • Maintaining accurate applicant data and statuses in recruiting system and produce accurate weekly reports of activity and accomplishments for data trending

  • Positive, can-do attitude towards accomplishing goals and promote meeting objectives as a team


  • Minimum 3 or more years experience as an IT recruiter

  • Demonstrated experience hiring developers with C++/C#, Python (and similar technologies), Data Engineers, Lead Engineers and Engineering Managers

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Previous use of applicant tracking system and HRIS system (iCIMS, Taleo, JobVite, Greenhouse)

  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates via web based technologies & writing Boolean search strings

  • Possess high level of flexibility and good customer service skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict timeline

  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to managing interviews, capturing feedback and keeping passive candidates "warm"
