Overview

SolarWinds is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the SolarWinds Application Management team, a rapidly growing SaaS business unit that’s achieved over 300% growth in the last three years. The ideal Marketing Manager enjoys the energy of a start-up and the challenge of growing traffic at double- to triple-digit rates for our AppOptics product. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Application Management Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience with building and executing a digital strategy to generate demand against monthly goals, using both direct-response and awareness tactics

• Hands-on experience with SEM, SEO, social media, display, and email marketing tools/platforms

• Ability to work with remote and local team members across the company—Product, Creative, Legal, Sales—to drive organizational change

• Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, graphing, etc.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate ideas to management crisply and accurately

• Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience

• Knowledge of cloud Software and SaaS a plus

• Proficiency with SEO, SEM, display, and paid social fundamentals

• Seasoned experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Microsoft Bing Ads

• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing platforms and best practices

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Bachelor’s degree
