Solarwinds Inc. Customer Marketing Manager in Austin, Texas

Overview

The Customer Marketing Manager will manage all programs and campaigns to drive in customer revenue and retention for a rapidly growing IT software company in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate needs to be able to think strategically while being hands-on, be organized, self- starter and be experienced in demand generation and account-based marketing in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and execute effectively customer lifecycle marketing campaigns and programs integrated into various digital channels to drive business goals

  • Communicate program build requirements for integrated campaigns within the marketing technology stack to support demand creation

  • Work with advertising/paid media and cross-functional teams to get assets delivered on time

  • Measure, report and forecast to various audiences including the marketing leadership

  • Bring high energy and enthusiasm to a rapidly changing environment

  • Has strong written and communication skills

  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook

  • Familiarity with various paid media tactics including adwords, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), among others

  • Collaborative team player who is eager to jump in and learn

  • Proficient in data analysis
