Be the primary contact for your customer base, not just an engineer.
Understand and solve your customers’ technical challenges.
Perform online product demonstrations to one or many customers.
Be the expert – know the products and share that knowledge with your peers.
Energy, creativity, team work, and a positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Application Development, DevOps, and Linux.
3+ years in relevant, technical, customer-facing pre or post sales role.
Background in B2B or B2C sales, engineering, or support.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
Programming Languages (Ruby, Python, Unix shell, or other scripting languages)
Cloud technologies, SaaS, AWS, monitoring tools is a plus.
