As a Sales Development Representative 1 at SolarWinds, you’ll will have a significant impact on the growth of our business through and interaction with the Sales Team and Sales Leadership
Quickly and accurately validates product trials and routes to the appropriate sales team
Works directly with customers to resolve billing inquiries
Receives inbound calls and makes outbound dials to qualify prospective partners
Navigates through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Strong problem solving skills, won’t stop until the issue is resolved.
Maintains customer and prospect data in multiple dashboards and Salesforce
Able to contribute significantly to SolarWinds MSP’s team culture
What We Expect from You:
0-2 years of sales or customer service related experience
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, upbeat environment
Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and work ethic
Motivation to grow and win, individually and as part of a team (aka. Failure isn’t an option)
Must participate in the phone queue during your assigned shift.
Maintains a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to current and prospective customers.
Effectively communicates with internal and external customers.
Support and retain customers through prompt email/phone response.
