Overview:

SolarWinds is looking for a highly motivated HR Manager for our Minsk office, who thrives in a challenging and fast paced environment. We are an international company, currently we have employees in 12 countries world-wide. In this position you will be responsible for executing relevant human resource strategies to support the growth of the business in our Minsk office where we currently have 80 employees. You will report to the Human Resources Manager in the United Kingdom and liaise closely with business leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee relations issues, including investigations

  • Manager coaching / development

  • Employee engagement, retention and development activities

  • Performance management including coaching managers about high performance culture

  • Inhouse recruitment - responsibility for all direct recruitment activities including sourcing candidates againt the staffing plan for your location

  • Working with HR Ops to ensure all local employee data is accurate and up to date

  • Preparation of reports for internal stakeholders

  • Building strong relationships with leaders and HR Partners across the globe.

  • Ensuring that all company policies are compliant with local legislation whilst maintaining the requirements of the business

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience in a HR Generalist/HR Manager role

  • Strong background in Talent Management, particularly inhouse recruitment

  • Fluent English & Belarussian speaker with business level writing skills

  • A self-starter who can deliver with minimal supervision

  • A creative individual who can interpret people requirements and develop proactive solutions

  • Understanding of Belarussian labor laws and practices, and compliance requirements

  • Experience and enthusiasm working within a fast paced and changing business environment

  • Aptitude and proven ability to resolve conflicts creatively and collaboratively

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to exercise judgment, problem-solve and analyze data

  • Experience in organizational and employee development, performance management, employee relations, change management

  • Understanding of total rewards, recruiting, and training

  • Experience with MS Office Suite required

  • Experience with HR information & recruiting systems preferred

  • Multi-country experience &/or experience with an international Company preferred
