Solarwinds Inc. HR Department Head in Minsk, Belarus

Overview:

SolarWinds is looking for a highly motivated HR Department Head for our Minsk office, who thrives in a challenging and fast paced environment. We are an international company, currently we have employees in 12 countries world-wide. In this position you will be responsible for executing relevant human resource strategies to support the growth of the business in our Minsk office where we currently have 80 employees.

Responsibilities:

Primary Job Responsibilities;

  • Effectively handle employee relations issues, including investigations

  • Coach and develop Managers

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Employee engagement, retention and development activities

  • Facilitate the Performance management process including coaching and managers on Solwarwinds: high performance culture and helping ensure full participation in the semi-annual review cycle.

  • Onboard new employees in the Minsk office

  • Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure all local employee data is accurate and up to date

  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders

  • Manage the Human Resources team in Minsk

  • Build strong relationships with relevant functional leaders and HR Partners across the globe

  • Ensure all company policies are compliant with local legislation whilst maintaining the requirements of the business

Qualifications:

Requirements;

  • 5+ years experience in an HR Generalist role including 3+ at manager level

  • Fluent English & Belarussian speaker with business level writing skills in both languages

  • A self-starter who can deliver with minimal supervision

  • Creative & able to demonstrate ability to assess people requirements, identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions

  • Good understanding of Belarussian labor laws and practices, and compliance requirements

  • Experience and enthusiasm working in a fast paced and changing business environment, effectively managing multiple priorities, and building relationships across functions

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence key stakeholder to move the HR agenda forward

  • Aptitude and proven ability to resolve conflicts creatively and collaboratively

  • Ability to exercise good business judgment, problem-solve and analyze data

  • Experience in performance management, employee relations & investigations and an understanding of total reward practices

  • Solid background in talent management, organizational & people development. Experience facilitating training programs is advantageous

  • Experience working in a software or technology company is highly preferred as is working with an international Company

  • Experience with MS Office Suite, and HR information &/or recruiting systems required
