Solarwinds Inc. Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Philippines
Support annual global salary structure design and company market pricing of jobs using global salary surveys
Support annual salary planning and focal promotion process with business clients – Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support
Partnership with local and international payroll departments on compensation and bonus planning.
Support HR Managers and managers researching internal client issues (market competitiveness, pay analysis, etc) and responds to requests in a timely manner.
Work with Compensation & Benefits Director on a variety of projects including analysis and annual merit budgets.
Work with HR Operations and Sales Operations on organizing sales commissions data into sales compensation plan analytics.
Manage the administration of the semi-annual bonus plan for non-sales employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
5 years of Compensation or or related business experience. Experience in high tech software companies a plus. Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude required.
Excellent aptitude in Excel and HRIS systems. Ability to organize, analyze, summarize, and graphically display data in excel to make business decisions.
Strong time and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple requests.
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
