We are seeking a Renewals Sales Coordinator join the SolarWinds Renewals Enablement Team. This role is aligned to the renewals sales organization and is responsible for assisting customer and partners with any renewal related queries that are not being worked on by a Renewal Sales Rep. The Renewals Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Renewals Sales Team and Management through a variety of logistical and administrative responsibilities which include: answering inbound email demand, sending quotes to customers and partners as required, sending orders for processing, merging and co-terming quotes as required, escalating issues and customer concerns and performing other tasks required by the Renewals Sales organization.


  • Management of Renewals Sales Team inbox – respond to inquiries and distribute incoming requests to relevant renewal sales reps

  • Identify customer issue and direct to the correct department - eg sales, support, customer service, etc.

  • Understand the SolarWinds Renewal value, process, timelines and explain this to both customers and partners

  • Work with external partners on renewals related issues

  • Overcome customer challenges and objections regarding their renewal completion

  • Execute co-term and merge requests

  • Ensuring all orders received are correct and sent to our finance team for processing

  • Resolve any issues relating to those orders

  • Represent Solarwinds in a professional manner as potential first line of interaction for customers and partners


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time

  • Strong background and experience using CRM (ideally Netsuite)
