We are looking for a Head of Field Marketing to lead our Field Marketing team, based in Edinburgh, UK.

You will have responsibility for managing the Field Marketing team who work within our direct markets and with our distributors across key indirect markets including Germany, France, and Italy. You’ll work closely with distributors and the team to meet trial and revenue targets, while partnering with Sales and other teams within marketing.



  • Own and meet demand generation (trial sign ups and activations) targets for you, and your team’s markets

  • Own and manage marketing budget for allocated markets, ensuring activities are measurable and effective

  • Work with internal sales teams/distributors as the main point of contact in marketing to plan, scope and deliver demand generation and customer marketing programmes to achieve targets

  • Support distributors in the execution of their local marketing plans

  • Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues in Content, PR, PPC, SEO, Social, Product Marketing, Web, Campaigns, Events and Community to deliver the best results in allocated markets

  • Localise centrally produced campaigns to grow customer base and revenues including:

  • Build lead-nurture programs through a combination of email marketing, webinars, white papers, events, and customer case studies.

  • Drive product launches and new feature promotions for growing product and feature portfolio

  • Market to our growing customer base and cross promote product lines to increase revenue from existing customers.

  • Own relationships with 3 rd party media including research, booking, delivering materials and analysing results.



  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to build relationships and influence others

  • Fluency in or a working knowledge of German, French or Italian is a plus

  • Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Proven track record in marketing is essential

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media channels and e-mail marketing is essential

  • Experience of working in a B2B environment is essential

  • Experience working in IT, software or technology environment would be advantageous

  • Experience in budget management
