As a Sales Coordinator at SolarWinds, you will have a significant impact on the growth of our business through the interaction with our Customers and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Works with Sales to resolve billing inquiries

  • Distribution of correspondence for sales team

  • Acts as a liaison between sales and finance on billing and pricing inquiries

  • Strong problem solving skills, won’t stop until the issue is resolved

  • Maintains customer and prospect data in multiple dashboards and Salesforce

  • Manage sales force administrative functions

  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the immediate manager

  • Maintains records, files, and administrative reports for sales team

  • Provides general administrative support

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, when needed

  • High sense of urgency, well organized and able to prioritize effectively

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales support or billing related experience in a SaaS environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required

  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, upbeat environment

  • Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and work ethic

  • Motivation to grow and win, individually and as part of a team (aka failure isn’t an option)
