Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end software product lifecycle: collect and analyze both internal and external user needs, write product specifications, drive roadmaps, and coordinate with both internal and external customers.

  • Program-manage key IT initiatives within the organization, including: effectively managing project scope, schedule, risks and dependencies, driving cross-functional execution, and effectively managing project communications to stakeholders.

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate within matrixed organization, including Business Development, Visual Design, Technical Development Teams, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Marketing, etc.

  • Contribute new ideas for strategic projects to improve our enterprise applications and web properties and work through ROI analysis for projects in order to prioritize project appropriately.

  • Create industry-leading innovative transactional / commerce related web features to increase revenue, user engagement, retention and overall user satisfaction.

  • Create process enhancements to increase our efficiency.

  • Build positive relationships and trust through on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and exceeding expectations

Qualifications:

  • This position requires a BA/BS degree in a technical or business field and 6+ years of relevant product or program management experience within highly a transactional environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Need to be comfortable discussing technical projects and issues in business terms with executives.

  • Experience operating and delivering within an Agile methodology framework.

  • Expertise in building, maintaining and driving a portfolio of initiatives.

  • Driven team player, collaborator and relationship builder with proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

  • Ability to prioritize among many competing alternatives and plans, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions.

  • Expert multi-tasker with the ability to juggle details of roadmaps/project status of multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Contagious can-do attitude and self-sufficient work style.

  • Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.

  • Experience with working with global teams across multiple time zones.

  • Experience utilizing PPM tools to manage a portfolio of projects

  • Familiarity with web traffic analysis and reporting applications. Proficient PC-based skills using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) Skilled in graphic creation and photo editing using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Technical experience with Salesforce.com and billing systems is a plus

  • MBA and/or PMP Certification a plus.
